General terms and conditions
1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers by vuplexshop.nl. The conditions are accessible to everyone and are included on the vuplexshop.nl website. On request we will send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order on the website and ticking the appropriate box, you agree to our terms and conditions.
2. Delivery
2.1 Delivery will take place while stocks last.
2.2 Our delivery time is in most cases 2 days or less. If a delivery period of 30 days is exceeded, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement and any payments will be returned within 14 days. Refunds can only be made to the same account number used to make the payment. This is to prevent fraud. You will be warned by e-mail if the 30-day delivery period is exceeded. Of course, you are free to keep your order. A new period of 30 days will then commence.
2.3 Exceeding a delivery period communicated to the consumer can never lead to compensation. All terms mentioned on the internet site are only indicative.
3. Prices
3.1 Our prices will not be increased within the term of the offer unless the manufacturer introduces interim price increases and/or legal measures make this necessary.
3.2 Prices on our site are subject to typing errors and/or obvious mistakes. No liability is accepted for the consequences of price changes.
3.3 All prices on our site are in euros, including VAT and any disposal contribution.
3.4 When ordering via the Internet, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. This serves as proof of purchase and warranty. The VAT you paid is stated on the invoice as well as our chamber of commerce number and VAT number.
4. Offer and agreement
4.1 All offers made by vuplexshop.nl are without obligation, even if they include a deadline for acceptance.
4.2 If the consumer accepts an offer without engagement, vuplexshop.com reserves the right, without giving reasons, not to accept or execute orders and/or commissions.
5. Distance selling
5.1 Right of withdrawal on delivery of products
5.1.1 When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for at least seven working days. This period starts the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer .
5.1.2 During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging to vuplexshop.com, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
5.2.2 To make use of his right of withdrawal, the consumer shall comply with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur in the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.
5.3 Cancellations must be made in writing to vuplexshop.com. This can be done by e-mail, fax or post. Always state your name, order number and the total amount paid.
5.4 Amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days to the same account used to make the payment.
6. Warranty
6.1 vuplexshop.com guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the existing statutory provisions and/or government regulations on the date the agreement was concluded.
6.2 The warranty period of vuplexshop.com corresponds to the period of factory warranty unless Dutch law provides otherwise. No warranty applies if the defect is due to careless use and/or care and if changes have been made to the product that may affect its functioning.
6.3 The warranty does not apply if service/repair services other than those designated by the manufacturer have carried out repair or other work on the product, unless this has been done on behalf of vuplexshop.com.
7. Quotations
7.1 All offers made by vuplexshop.nl are without obligation unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2 Verbal commitments only bind vuplexshop.com after they have been expressly made in writing.
7.3 In case of composite offers, there is no obligation to carry out part of the activities/goods offered for the price stated in the offer.
8. Force majeure
8.1 vuplexshop.com shall not be liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be met as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means any circumstance that cannot reasonably be attributed to vuplexshop.com.
8.2 In cases of force majeure vuplexshop.nl reserves the right to suspend its obligations or to demand that the contents of the agreement be amended in such a way that implementation remains possible. In no event shall vuplexshop.com be obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.
9. Pictures and tech.specs
9.1 All images and listed tech.specs on the vuplexshop.com site are only indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation and/or dissolution of the agreement.
10. Privacy statement
10.1 vuplexshop.com complies with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not provide your details to third parties.
10.2 Your stored details can be retrieved and changed at any time.
11. Applicable law
11.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements with vuplexshop.com.
11.2 All disputes related to or arising from offers or agreements with vuplexshop.com will be submitted to a competent court.
